It’s cooler there \u0026amp; it’s Alpine-y \u0026amp; the wines always take on a unique character from grape to grape. This wine is a glowing green orb of greatness, but also straight up it glows green in a wine glass. The wine is made from 100% Muller Thurgau, which is most commonly found growing at higher elevations so it's definitely lesser known than let’s say Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a test tube grape that was intentionally bred in the 1880s as a crossing of Sylvaner \u0026amp; Riesling. At high elevations, it is minerally and lime zesty.
