This wine is a sparkling rose made from these very special gamay grapes. Being higher elevation, this is an area that is getting renewed attention due to climate changes in wine making regions, so it's going to be very interesting to see how it all evolves and plays out. I absolutely love the name of this wine: Turbullent aka Turbulence as in on an airplane and in reference to its sparkling nature.
