Keeping it classy with a little Provence rose thats super pale it’s almost not even there. This delicate beauty is very soft and pretty. Provence rose loves to be ice cold, the bottle should be frosty. This wine is dry, slightly savory with some wild berry notes on the finish. Pigoudet is in Sainte Victoire, a really lovely sub-region of Provence. The soils are mostly clay, and the wine really does shine like a beacon of sunlight. I think a lot of people overlook rose, but to me it's really an art.
Serving temp: Fridge cold!
Pairing: Crudite with ranch; shrimp scampi; smoked fish dip!
