This is pretty much a 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay. It’s shaley loamy loam soils and all kinds of positive energy and vibes. Part of the juice is aged in a concrete egg, which is awesome, the rest in some barrels and concrete. I am LOVING THESE LO-FI WINES!
