Amelie Berthaut is the daughter of a very traditionalist Burgundian wine maker. Since taking over the estate she has instituted organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar and has achieved global fame. She is pure heart! This wine is rounded and plus, featuring notes of blackberries and dried herbs.
